RAMBLING HEART PRESENTS

A MIDSUMMER
NIGHT'S SCREAM!

Spooky Shakespeare for Halloween
St Werburghs City Farm
21st - 31st October 2023

The seasons are all wrong, the harvest is a rotten mess, and the faery folk are up for some fun at we mortals' expense!

Their Midsummer is our Halloween and it’s about to get dark . . .

Welcome to A Midsummer Night's Scream! - a rollicking, frolicking, spine-tingling take on Shakespeare’s classic, suitable for ages 8+.  Expect music, masks and mayhem as our young lovers get lost in a haunted wood and Puck, master of mischief, pulls the strings.

Performances take place outdoors and undercover in the sheltered courtyard at St Werburghs City Farm. All tickets include a cup of hot spiced apple juice and a chance to take part in King Oberon's Halloween Costume Competition!

Wrap up warm and get ready for some folksy, spooky fun down on the Farm!

ABOUT

We're a Bristol based theatre company. We love to twist myths, refashion folk tales and reshuffle Shakespeare. Taking liberties is our cup of tea!

We like to blend the familiar with the unexpected and the scripted with the spontaneous.
